HOW TO ORDER:

1. PAY–Purchase your custom pet portrait
2. PHOTO–Submit a clear, high quality photo of your pet taken at eye level in natural light via email to Allison@GoGrayArtwork.com. You can use THIS SITE for help selecting a picture.
3. WAIT–When you send your pet’s photo, we’ll advise the current turnaround time. When your painting is finished, you’ll receive tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: If we don’t receive a usable picture within 48 hours of your order, we will unfortunately have to refund and cancel your order. Thank you!

• Watercolor and original artworks are sealed in a cellophane envelope and shipped via USPS from the U.S.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. That is where we will ship the painting.
