HOW TO ORDER:

1. PURCHASE - place your order

2. PHOTO - send us a clear, high quality photo of your pet via email GoGrayArtwork@gmail.com

3. COLOR - select the color you want for the background

4. WAIT - please be patient, art takes time!

PLEASE NOTE: If you order the custom portrait and do not submit a photo within 48 hours of your order, we will unfortunately have to refund and cancel your order as it will be considered "incomplete."

SHIPPING:

• Acrylic pet portraits on canvas are wrapped in wax paper and shipping material, packaged in a box or bubble mailer, and shipped via USPS from the U.S. 

Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. That is where we will ship the painting.
